Haritalarla Türkiye Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Haritalarla Türkiye app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Muhammed ACAR (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or location.
The Application may collect limited, non-personal information automatically when you download and use it. This information is used only for basic functionality, performance monitoring, crash reporting, and analytics purposes.
This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The total time spent using the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise or approximate location information from your mobile device.
The Service Provider does not use location-based services, personalized content, or location-based recommendations.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated and anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and its performance. No personally identifiable information is shared.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect limited anonymized data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Third-party services used by the Application include:
- Google Play Services
- Unity
Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties, except when required to do so by law.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
No personally identifiable user data is collected or stored by the Application.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the Application and ensure that data is handled securely.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Haritalarla Türkiye Gizlilik Politikası
Bu gizlilik politikası, Muhammed ACAR (bundan böyle "Hizmet Sağlayıcı" olarak anılacaktır) tarafından Ücretsiz bir hizmet olarak oluşturulan mobil cihazlara yönelik Haritalarla Türkiye uygulaması (bundan böyle "Uygulama" olarak anılacaktır) için geçerlidir. Bu hizmet "OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulmaktadır.
Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanım
Uygulama; ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya konum gibi kişiyi tanımlayabilecek hiçbir bilgiyi toplamaz, saklamaz veya paylaşmaz.
Uygulama, indirdiğinizde ve kullandığınızda sınırlı, kişisel olmayan bilgileri otomatik olarak toplayabilir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca temel işlevsellik, performans izleme, çökme raporlaması ve analiz amaçlarıyla kullanılır.
Bu bilgiler şunları içerebilir:
- Cihazınızın İnternet Protokolü (IP) adresi
- Uygulamada ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, ziyaretinizin tarihi, saati ve bu sayfalarda geçirilen süre
- Uygulamayı kullanırken harcanan toplam süre
- Mobil cihazınızda kullanılan işletim sistemi
Konum Bilgisi
Uygulama, mobil cihazınızdan hassas veya yaklaşık konum bilgilerini toplamaz.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı; konuma dayalı hizmetler, kişiselleştirilmiş içerikler veya konuma dayalı öneriler kullanmaz.
Üçüncü Taraf Erişimi
Uygulamayı ve performansını iyileştirmeye yardımcı olmak amacıyla yalnızca toplanmış ve anonim hale getirilmiş veriler periyodik olarak harici hizmetlere iletilebilir. Kişiyi tanımlayabilecek hiçbir bilgi paylaşılmaz.
Uygulama, kendi gizlilik politikalarına uygun olarak sınırlı anonim veriler toplayabilen üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır.
Uygulama tarafından kullanılan üçüncü taraf hizmetler şunlardır:
- Google Play Hizmetleri (Google Play Services)
- Unity
Veri Paylaşımı
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar haricinde kullanıcı verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmaz, ticaretini yapmaz veya paylaşmaz.
Devre Dışı Bırakma (Opt-Out) Hakları
Cihazınızda veya uygulama mağazasında bulunan standart kaldırma işlemini kullanarak Uygulamayı kaldırabilir ve Uygulama tarafından tüm veri toplanmasını durdurabilirsiniz.
Veri Saklama Politikası
Uygulama tarafından kişiyi tanımlayan hiçbir kullanıcı verisi toplanmaz veya saklanmaz.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişiyi tanımlayabilecek bilgiler toplamaz.
Güvenlik
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı korumak ve verilerin güvenli bir şekilde işlenmesini sağlamak için makul önlemleri alır.
Bu Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Herhangi bir değişiklik bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Gizlilik Politikasını kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
